Shipping and Delivery

We want you to have a clear idea of how our shipping process works and what to expect when placing an order with us.

Order Dispatch

  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–5 business days.
  • During busier periods, dispatch may take a little longer.
  • If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, you’re entitled to a full refund.

Once Your Order Has Been Shipped

Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. If you wish to cancel after dispatch, please allow delivery to take place, then return the goods under our 30-day return policy. We’re unable to cover the cost of return shipping.

Sustainable Shipping

To reduce unnecessary CO2 emissions, we ship orders directly from where they are manufactured. This helps eliminate unnecessary transport and warehouse handling, reducing our overall carbon footprint.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking details can take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch. You can follow your parcel anytime through the tracking link provided in your shipping email.

If Your Package Hasn’t Arrived

If your package hasn’t arrived within 14 business days, please follow these steps:

  1. Check the expected delivery window using your tracking link.
  2. Verify your address in your order confirmation.
  3. Check around your property or with neighbors/concierge.

Special Delivery Instructions

If your address requires special details (gate code, apartment number, etc.), please include this at checkout. Missing information may cause delivery delays. If a delivery attempt fails, contact your local courier promptly.
