Refund, Return & Other Customer Policies

1. Returns for Unwanted Items

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. Contact us for approval and instructions before returning. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs for unwanted items are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Cancelled Orders

You may cancel an order within 6 hours of purchase if it has not yet been shipped. Once an order has entered the shipping system, it cannot be cancelled. If a parcel is refused at delivery, a refund cannot be issued as the courier will dispose of it.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if it is damaged or incorrect. We may request photo or video evidence. Once approved, we will issue a full refund or replacement.

4. Exchanges

To request an exchange, please contact our support team with “EXCHANGE” in the subject line. Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receipt.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method. This usually takes 3–5 working days.

6. Parcels Returned to Sender

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or non-collection, it will be destroyed by the courier and no refund or re-shipment can be issued.

7. Lost or Stolen Parcels

If you believe your parcel is lost or stolen, please contact our customer support so we can investigate with our logistics partners.

8. Shipping Delays

If your parcel has not arrived within 30 working days of dispatch, you are entitled to a full refund.
